EICAS Display helps pilots focus and prioritize
The EICAS Primary Display shows engine operating information in both digital and analog form. The crew annunciation and alerting system displays color-coded messages and warnings, accompanied by some aural messages. This system allowed the development of a "dark cockpit" concept, helping pilots focus exclusively on pertinent items.

Primary Flight Display designed for pilot productivity
The fully integrated display, arranged in classic "T" configuration for improved crew situational awareness, reduces pilot workload, improves reliability and dispatchability and facilitates troubleshooting through six identical Electronic Flight Displays.

Secondary Display further enhances crew awareness
The EICAS Secondary Display provides "real time" information on seven aircraft systems: hydraulic, electric (AC and DC), flight control, fuel, bleed/anti-ice and air-conditioning. It also displays cabin temperature, cabin altitude and rate of change, APU indication, brake temperature and door status, only when required, further improving crew awareness.
