代理人每月應(yīng)根據(jù)附件B中規(guī)定的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對提供的附件A、B中所列的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目向承運(yùn)人開據(jù)賬單。

7.2  Settlement shall be effected through the IATA Clearing House unless other wise agreed in Annex(es) B.

除非在附件B中特別約定，結(jié)算須通過IATA清算所進(jìn)行。

Article  8 LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY 第八章 責(zé)任與賠償

In this Article, all references to: 在本章中某些詞義參考如下：

(a)   “the Carrier” or “the Handling Company” shall include their employees, servants, agents and subcontractors;

此處所指“承運(yùn)方”或“代理方”應(yīng)包括其雇員、代理人和分包人；

(b)   “ground support equipment” shall mean all equipment used in the performance of ground handling services included in Annex A, whether fixed or mobile, and

“地面保障設(shè)備”應(yīng)指附件A中所指的所有用于地面服務(wù)當(dāng)中的設(shè)備，(無論是固定的或是可移動(dòng)的)。

(c)   “act or omission” shall include negligence.“故意行為或過失”應(yīng)包括疏忽行為。
