This AC prescribes circumstances of applicants or holders of Type Certificate (TC), Type Design Approval (TDA), Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), Modification Design Approval (MDA), Chinese Technical Standard Order Authorization (CTSOA) or Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA), according to requirements in Bilateral Airworthiness Agreement documents on civil aeronautical products or articles by Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and Importing Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), obtaining the Importing State acceptance or validation for the relevant civil aeronautical products or articles design approval. 2. 民用航空產(chǎn)品和零部件取得進(jìn)口國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)批準(zhǔn)接受或認(rèn)可的 一般方法 2. General Method for Civil Aeronautical Products and Articles to Obtain the Importing State Acceptance or Validation of Design Approval 2.1 為民用航空產(chǎn)品或零部件申請(qǐng)進(jìn)口國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)批準(zhǔn)接受或認(rèn)可 的申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)是民航局 TC、TDA、STC、MDA、CTSOA 或PMA 等的申請(qǐng)人或持有人。 2.1Applicants of Importing State acceptance or validation for the civil aeronautical products or articles design approval shall be applicants or holders of TC, TDA, STC, MDA, CTSOA or PMA of the CAAC. |
