主熱交換器 primary heat exchanger 次熱交換器 secondary heat exchanger 溫度指示器 temperature indicator 壓差指示器 differential press indicator 控制繼電器 control relay 人工超控繼電器 manual override relay 區(qū)域溫度燈 ZONE TEMP light 溫度探頭燈 TEM probe light 自動(dòng)溫度控制 auto temperature control 設(shè)備冷卻排氣關(guān)斷/供氣燈 EQUIP cooling exhaust off/supply light 引氣溫度指示 bleed air TEMP indication 引氣溫度選擇器 bleed air temperature selector 左/右組件位 pack L /R 客艙前/后區(qū)位 FWD /AFT ZONE cabin 前/后供氣管路位 FWD/ AFT supply duct 駕駛艙供氣管路位 CONT CAB supply duct 1) 駕駛艙供氣管道引氣溫度指示CONT CABIN supply duct air temperature indication 2) 前艙/后艙/駕駛艙溫度自動(dòng)控制FWD/AFT/CONT CAB temperature auto control 3) 無氣流從腳部/風(fēng)擋出氣口流出。No airflow from foot /windshield outlet 4) 人工方式下后排氣活門不工作。Aft outflow valve does not operate in manual mode 5) 自動(dòng)失效和備用燈亮，當(dāng)增壓方式選擇器電門在備用位時(shí)，自動(dòng)失效燈滅。AUTO FAIL light and ALTN light come on, AUTO FAIL light goes off when pressurization mode selector switch is at the ALTN position 6) 不能保持恰當(dāng)?shù)臋C(jī)艙壓力。Can not keep the correct cabin pressure 7) 航后檢查右沖壓進(jìn)氣口折流門后部的封嚴(yán)板有兩處破損。Two disrepairs of the R/H ram air inlet deflector panel were found broken during AF check. 8) 右 PACK燈再現(xiàn)時(shí)亮，警告信號(hào)抑制后熄滅 Right PACK light comes on during recalling and goes off after warning signal inhibited. 9) 過站檢查再現(xiàn)故障時(shí)左組件PACK燈點(diǎn)亮，按壓主警告可以熄滅。The L/H PACK light comes on when recalling the fault in TR, but it could extinguish by pressing master caution light. 10) 航前檢查飛機(jī),駕駛艙溫度很高,溫度調(diào)節(jié)器均放全冷位,管道溫度不下降, 駕駛艙溫度保持不變。The temperature is still high after putting the temperature selectors to fully cold position, and the temperature of the duct is also too high in PF. 11) 航后檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)右沖壓進(jìn)氣道折流門后部氣流擋板斷裂.the rear deflector panel of the R/H ram air inlet is broken during AF check 12) 航后機(jī)組反映，右組件“PACK"燈按后再現(xiàn)亮。AF, the crew reported that the R/H “PACK" light came on after recalling it. 13) 巡航時(shí)左PACK故障燈亮無法復(fù)位.The L/H PACK light comes on on cruise and can not be reset. 14) 左側(cè)空調(diào)組件燈再現(xiàn)時(shí)亮,復(fù)位后燈滅，空中飛行觀察增壓正常.In the air the left PACK light is on and then off after reset. The pressurization and the pressure are normal in flight. 15) 再現(xiàn)檢查時(shí)左PACK燈亮，清除主警告后PACK燈滅.The left PACK came on after RECALL and it went off after pressing the MASTER CAUTION button. 16) 拆除并安裝前外流活門 Remove and install forward outflow valve 17) 拆除并安裝左發(fā)預(yù)冷器控制活門 Remove and install the precooler control valve of L/H ENG 18) 更換再循環(huán)風(fēng)扇氣濾 Replace recirculation fan filter 19) 拆除并安裝左空調(diào)組件活門 Remove and install L/H pack valve 20) 拆除并安裝35f控制器 Remove and install 35f controller 21) 更換左空調(diào)組件ACM的滑油 Replace the left pack ACM oil 22) 檢查右空調(diào)聚水袋 Check/inspect right pack water coalesce bag 23) 35f控制活門的拆裝 Remove and install the 35f control valve 24) 主熱交換器的拆裝 Remove and install primary heat exchanger 25) 對(duì)組件/區(qū)域溫度控制器進(jìn)行自檢 Pack/zone temperature controllers BITE test 26) 更換再循環(huán)風(fēng)扇濾子 Replace recirculation fan filter |
