7.1.10 The Russian controlling facilities  are, Murmansk radio on 4672,5694, 8950, 11390 for ABERI, and DEVID or Magadan Radio on 4712, 8837, 11390 for RAMEL and ORVIT. If unable to establish contact by the FIR boundary or if communications are difficult, pass a request through Arctic Radio to Anchorage Center to pass the FIR boundary position report to the appropriate Control (Murmansk or Magadan). Direction from Arctic Radio to contact Magadan or Murmansk indicates transfer of control was successful and that you are expected to continue.
