Carry on baggage means baggage and any other item that─ (1) is carried on to an aircraft by a passenger or crew member with the agreement of the operator and (2) remains in the custody of the passenger or crew member Category as used with respect to Category A, with respect to rotorcraft, means a multi-engined rotorcraft designed with engine and system isolation features specified in CS–27 / CS–29 and capable of operations using take-off and landing data scheduled under a critical engine failure concept which assures adequate designated surface area and adequate performance capability for continued safe flight or safe rejected take-off in the event of engine failure. Category I precision approach procedure means a precision instrument approach and landing with a decision height not lower than 200 ft and with either a visibility not less than 800 m or a runway visual range not less than 550 m.
