a) If requesting a refund at the place of issuance, in principle, a refund request is only accepted at the original ticketing office where the ticket was purchased; b) 在出票地以外的航班始發(fā)地或終止旅行地要求退票，可在當(dāng)?shù)氐膹B航直銷機(jī)構(gòu)辦理；如當(dāng)?shù)責(zé)o廈航直銷機(jī)構(gòu)，可在廈航特別授權(quán)的當(dāng)?shù)劁N售代理人售票處辦理。 b) The passenger may get a refund at a Xiamen Airlines’ local direct sales agency if he requests a refund at the flight origin or destination; if there is no Xiamen Airlines local direct sales agency, the passenger may get a refund at the ticketing office of a local sales agent authorized.by Xiamen Airlines. 7.5.3 持不定期客票的旅客要求退票，原則上只限在原購票的售票處辦理。 7.5.3If a passenger holding an open ticket requests a refund, in principle, the refund can only be processed at the original ticketing office where the ticket was issued. 7.6 非自愿退票 7.6 Involuntary refunds 由于本條件第3.3.1條所列原因之一，旅客要求退票，稱為非自愿退票。非自愿退票按下列規(guī)定辦理： “Involuntary refund” means any refund made when a passenger requests due to any reason specified in sub-paragraph 3.3.1 of these conditions. Involuntary refund shall be made in accordance with the following provisions: [m7] 7.6.1 客票全部未使用，退還全部已付票款。 7.6.1If no portion of the ticket has been used, a full refund of the ticket fare shall be made. 7.6.2 客票已部分使用，從已付票款中扣除已使用部分的票款，其余額與從旅行中斷地點(diǎn)至目的地點(diǎn)或下一個(gè)中途分程地點(diǎn)扣除稅費(fèi)的適用的單程票價(jià)相比較，取其高者退還旅客，但所退票款不得超過原票款的總額。 7.6.2 In a case that a portion of the ticket has been used, the refund amount to the passenger shall be made on the basis of the higher one as per the comparision between the [m8]remaining amount of the fare paid deducting the fare for segments used by the passenger, and the applicable fare for a single trip from the point of termination to the destination or the next stopover excluding the taxes, however the refund shall not exceed the total amount of the original fare. |
