16.2關(guān)于賠償責(zé)任的訴訟，應(yīng)從航空器到達(dá)目的地點(diǎn)之日起，或從航空器應(yīng)到達(dá)之日起，或從運(yùn)輸終止之日起兩年內(nèi)提出，否則將喪失對(duì)損害賠償?shù)臋?quán)利。 16.2Any right to damages against Xiamen Airlines shall be extinguished if an action is not brought within two years reckoned from the date of arrival at the destination, or from the date on which the aircraft should have arrived, or from the date on which the carriage stopped. 17 其他規(guī)定 17 MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS 17.1 中國(guó)大陸與香港、澳門特別行政區(qū)、臺(tái)灣地區(qū)之間航線的運(yùn)輸參照本條件執(zhí)行。 17.1 These Conditions of Carriage apply to transportation between Mainland China and Hong Kong/Macao SAR and Taiwan region. 17.2 本條件包括中文和英文兩種版本，如有分歧，以中文本為準(zhǔn)。 17.2 These Conditions of Carriage are written in the Chinese and English languages. If there is any disparity between two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. 18 生效與修改 18 EFFECTIVENESS AND MODIFICATIONS 18.1 本條件自2013年3月1日起生效并施行。 18.1 These Conditions of Carriage come into effect as of the date on March 1st, 2013 18.2 廈航有權(quán)不經(jīng)通知修改其運(yùn)輸條件、規(guī)定、票價(jià)和費(fèi)用。但此類修改不適用于修改前已經(jīng)開始的運(yùn)輸。 18.2 Xiamen Airlines reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Carriage, transport regulations of carriage, tariffs and charges without prior notice. These modifications do not apply to any carriage that has already begun prior to such modification. 18.3 廈航的雇員、代理人及代表無(wú)權(quán)更改或放棄廈航適用運(yùn)輸條件、規(guī)定等。 18.3 No employee, agent or representative of Xiamen Airlines has the authority to modify or waive applicable Conditions of Carriage or transport regulations of Xiamen Airlines. |
