12.3 旅客可在飛機(jī)上使用收音機(jī)、筆記本電腦、錄音機(jī)，但必須遵從機(jī)組成員要求停止使用該設(shè)備的指令。未經(jīng)廈航允許，旅客不得在航空器上使用除助聽器和心臟起搏器以外的任何電子設(shè)備。 12.3 Passengers are permitted to operate radios, laptop computers and recorders; but passengers must follow crew member’s instructions to turn off these devices during takeoff and landing. Without the permission of Xiamen Airlines, passengers are not permitted to operate aboard the aircraft any other electronic equipment other than hearing aids and heart pacemakers. 12.4 在飛行期間，旅客應(yīng)根據(jù)機(jī)組成員的指示系好安全帶；因不遵守該指示而導(dǎo)致的任何損害由旅客承擔(dān)責(zé)任。 12.4 During the entire flight, passengers should fasten their seat belts according to crew members’instructions. Passengers assume complete and total liability for any damages and/or losses caused by failure to comply with such instructions. 13 行政手續(xù) 13 Administrative Formalities 13.1 旅客應(yīng)對遵守出發(fā)地點(diǎn)、目的地點(diǎn)、經(jīng)停地點(diǎn)及飛越國家或地區(qū)的所有法律、規(guī)定、命令、要求和旅行條件，以及廈航的規(guī)定和指示負(fù)全部責(zé)任。廈航對其代理人或雇員向旅客提供的與獲取必要的證件或簽證或遵守上述法律、規(guī)定、命令、要求和條件有關(guān)的無論是書面的或是其它方式的幫助或信息不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。對旅客因未能獲取上述證件或簽證或遵守上述法律、規(guī)定、命令、要求、條件或知識(shí)而導(dǎo)致的后果不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。 13.1 Passengers are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of countries or regions to be flown from, into or over, and observing Xiamen Airlines’ regulations and instructions. Xiamen Airlines shall be liable neither for any assistance or information in written or other form, given by any agent or employee of Xiamen Airlines to any passenger in connection with obtaining necessary documents or visas or complying with such laws, regulations, orders, demands, and requirements nor for the consequences to any passenger resulting from his or her failure to obtain such documents or visas or to comply with such laws, regulations, orders, demands, requirements, rules or instructions. 13.2 旅客應(yīng)出具有關(guān)國家或地區(qū)的法律、規(guī)定、命令、要求或條件所要求的所有出入境、健康和其它證件。廈航對未遵守法律、規(guī)定、命令、要求或條件或證件不符合要求的旅客，保留拒絕載運(yùn)的權(quán)利。 13.2 Passengers shall present all exit, entry, health and other documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries concerned. Xiamen Airlines reserves the right to refuse carriage of any passenger who does not comply with applicable laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements or whose documents do not appear to be in order. |
