15.3.2 廈航為遵守任何法律、政府規(guī)定、命令和要求或因旅客未遵守上述法律、政府規(guī)定、命令和要求而造成的任何損害，廈航不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。 15.3.2 Xiamen Airlines is not liable for any damage arising out of its compliance with any laws, government regulations, orders or requirements, or from failure of the passenger to comply with the same. 15.3.3 廈航的責(zé)任，應(yīng)不超過經(jīng)證明損害的賠償數(shù)額。廈航對間接的或隨之引發(fā)的損害不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。 15.3.3 Xiamen Airlines’ liability shall not exceed the amount of proven damages. Xiamen Airlines shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. 15.3.4 由于旅客行李內(nèi)裝物品造成該旅客傷害或其行李損害，廈航不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。由于旅客行李內(nèi)裝物品對他人造成傷害或?qū)λ宋锲坊驅(qū)B航的財產(chǎn)造成損害，該旅客應(yīng)當賠償由此給廈航造成損失和由此支付的一切費用。 15.3.4 Xiamen Airlines is not liable for injury to a passenger or for damage to a passenger’s baggage caused by items contained in such passenger’s baggage. Any passenger whose items cause injury to another person or damage to another person’s property or the property of Xiamen Airlines shall indemnify Xiamen Airlines against all losses and expenses incurred byXiamen Airlines as a result thereof. 15.3.5 對于旅客托運行李內(nèi)裝的易碎或易腐物品、現(xiàn)金、珠寶、貴重金屬、個人電子設(shè)備（如筆記本電腦、相機、攝像機等）、可轉(zhuǎn)讓票據(jù)、有價證券和其它貴重物品、個人需定時服用的處方藥、商業(yè)文件、護照和其它身份文件或樣品的損害，廈航只承擔(dān)一般托運行李的賠償限額。 15.3.5 Xiamen Airlines is only liable according to the limitations of damages for general checked baggage for the damage of fragile or perishable items, money, jewelry, precious metals, personal electronic devices (such as laptop computers, cameras and video recorders, etc.), negotiable papers, securities or other valuables, prescribed medicine to be taken regularly, business documents, passports and other identification documents or samples. 15.3.6 旅客在運輸時由于其年齡、精神或健康狀況造成或加重的任何疾病、傷殘、死亡，廈航不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。 15.3.6 Xiamen Airlines is not liable for any illness, injury, disability, or death, attributable to the passenger’s age, physical condition, or mental condition or for the aggravation of any condition of the passenger during carriage. |
