Special Use Airspace Penetration (MTCD) An aircraft is involved in a special use airspace penetration if any probable position of the aircraft at a certain moment in time is within an airspace that is declared restricted at that same moment in time
Special Use Airspace Penetration Data (MTCD) It consists of: system trajectory identification; special use airspace identification; time of first loss of separation between aircraft probable positions and special use airspace, plus worst probable position of aircraft at this time, plus nominal position of aircraft at this time; time of minimum distance between nominal route of aircraft plus nominal position of aircraft at this time.

Quantified by comparing the observed ground speed with that predicted in order to identify whether the speed deviation threshold has been exceeded and therefore whether a speed deviation non-conformancy exists.
