CBT on Memory, Perception, Cognition and Attention
The MEMPAC was developed from an analysis of the training need performed jointly by ECAC States for the European Ab Initio ATCOs. Its main aim is to increase the ability to recognise the basic mechanisms and limitations of the memory, perception, attention and cognitive processes by the Ab Initio controllers. It is based on exercises:  animations, interactive exercises, video and games have been all introduced for supporting, in a practical way, the theoretical explanations on specific matters and in order to permit the learners both to experience the cognitive processes and to improve their skills. The CBT is initially for use at IANS but will also be proposed to other training centres as an EATMP deliverable.

Central Executive Unit
is the CFMU unit responsible for the planning, co-ordination and execution of all ATFM measures throughout the area of the participating States.
Central Flow Management Unit
Is a Eurocontrol Directorate established in accordance with the ICAO Centralised ATFM Organisation to provide the ATFM Service, on behalf of the participant States, in a specified part of the EUR Region. The CFMU comprises the Central Executive Unit and the Flight Data Operations Division with the Integrated Initial Flight Plan processing System. For ASM purposes, the CFMU is also entrusted with the Centralised Airspace Data Function.
Central Processing Unit Load
The Nominal CPU Load is defined as the average value of CPU load of a given processor when it processes the maximum input/output nominal conditions
Centralised Airspace Data Function
An ASM function entrusted to the CFMU by the ECAC States for extracting Conditional Route information contained in the various national AUPs. The CADF compiles them into a single coherent list; The Conditional Route Availability Message (CRAM) and sends this message, on the States behalf, to the Aircraft Operators.
