（二）外國經(jīng)營人所在國民航主管部門頒發(fā)的危險品航空運輸許可文件或者等效文件； (2) The permission for the transport of dangerous goods by air issued by the civil aviation competent authority of the State of the foreign operator or the equivalent document; （三）若從外國始發(fā)，危險品始發(fā)國民航主管部門頒發(fā)的危險品航空運輸許可文件或者等效文件； (3) The permission or equivalent document for the transport of dangerous goods by air issued by the civil aviation competent authority of the State of the Origin if the dangerous goods originated from foreign State; （四）擬實施危險品航空運輸?shù)慕?jīng)營范圍和危險品類別； (4)The business scope of intending to conduct the transport of dangerous goods by air and the classification of the dangerous goods; （五）同中國境內(nèi)地面服務代理人簽訂的地面服務代理協(xié)議； (5) Airport ground handling agency agreement with the ground handling agent within the boundary of China; （六）執(zhí)行不定期飛行相關人員符合《技術細則》有關培訓要求的說明； (6) Explanations of conforming to the relevant training requirements of the relevant personnel performing non-scheduled operation stipulated in Technical Instructions; （七）民航局或者民航地區(qū)管理局要求的其他材料。 (7)Other materials required by CAAC or CAAC Regional Administration. 第三十條 Article 30 申請在外國地點和中國地點間的不定期飛行運輸危險品的外國經(jīng)營人應當在預計飛行日七日前向民航地區(qū)管理局提出申請。 Foreign Operator, applying for non-scheduled operation to transport dangerous goods between a point in the foreign country and a point in China shall submit the application to CAAC Regional Administration 7days prior to the scheduled commencing operation day.不符合此時限要求的，民航地區(qū)管理局不予受理。 CAAC Regional Administration will not accept if the application does not meet the time requirement. 第三十一條 Article 31 申請在外國地點和中國地點間的不定期飛行運輸危險品的外國經(jīng)營人應當按照本規(guī)定第二十九條的要求向民航地區(qū)管理局提交申請材料，并確保所提交材料的真實有效。 |
