Section 2 Application by Domestic Operator for the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit 第十八條 Article 18 國內(nèi)經(jīng)營人申請危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸許可的，應(yīng)當(dāng)符合下列條件： Application by domestic operator for the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit shall conform the following conditions: （一）持有公共航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)經(jīng)營許可證； (1) Holding a Public Air Transport Operator’s Certificate; （二）危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊符合危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸?shù)囊螅?br /> (2) Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual shall conform with the requirements of the transport of dangerous goods; （三）危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)大綱符合危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸?shù)囊螅?br /> (3)Dangerous goods training programmes shall be in keeping with the requirements of transport of dangerous goods; （四）按危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊建立了危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸管理和操作程序、應(yīng)急方案； (4)Management, operating procedure and emergency plan for the transport of dangerous goods by air is established in accordance with the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual; （五）配備了合適的和足夠的人員并按危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)大綱完成培訓(xùn)并合格； (5)Suitable and enough personnel is allocated, training in accordance with the dangerous goods training programmes is completed and qualification is achieved; （六）有能力按本規(guī)定、《技術(shù)細(xì)則》和危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊實(shí)施危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸。 (6)Capable of conducting the transport of dangerous goods by air in accordance with this Regulation, the Technical Instructions and the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual. 第十九條 Article 19 國內(nèi)經(jīng)營人首次申請危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸許可的，應(yīng)當(dāng)向民航地區(qū)管理局提交下列材料： Domestic operator, applying for the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit for the first time, shall submit the following materials: （一）申請書； (1)Application letter; （二）公共航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)經(jīng)營許可證復(fù)印件； (2)A duplicate copy of the Public Air Transport Operator’s Certificate; （三）擬從事危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸?shù)慕?jīng)營范圍和危險(xiǎn)品的類別； (3) The business scope of intending to engage in the transport of dangerous goods by air and the classification of dangerous goods; |
