(5) In violation of this Regulation, failure to provide the relevant dangerous goods transport document for the dangerous goods assigned as required; （六）違反本規(guī)定，所托運(yùn)危險(xiǎn)品屬于禁止航空運(yùn)輸?shù)奈ｋU(xiǎn)品； (6) In violation of this Regulation, dangerous goods consigned belong to the dangerous goods forbidden for transport by air; （七）違反本規(guī)定，托運(yùn)國家法律、法規(guī)限制運(yùn)輸?shù)奈ｋU(xiǎn)品，未滿足相關(guān)法律、 法規(guī)要求的； (7) In violation of this Regulation, failure to meet the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations when consigning the dangerous goods which are limited for transport by national laws and regulations; （八）違反本規(guī)定第五十三條，未保留相關(guān)文件的； (8) In violation of Article 53 of this Regulation, failure to retain the relevant documents （九）違反本規(guī)定第八十九條，未向其人員提供相關(guān)信息或者相關(guān)指南的。 (9) In violation of Article 89 of this Regulation, failure to provide the relevant information or the relevant guide to the personnel. 第一百三十三條 Article 133 經(jīng)營人有下列行為之一的，由民航管理部門處以警告或者三萬元以下的罰款： Where the operator commits one of the following acts, the civil aviation administrative department shall inflict warning punishment or impose a fine of not more than 30000 yuan: （一）違法本規(guī)定第七條，未遵守《技術(shù)細(xì)則》規(guī)定運(yùn)輸危險(xiǎn)品的； (1) In violation of Article 7 of this Regulation, failure to abide by the provisions of the Technical Instructions in the transport of dangerous goods; （二）違反本規(guī)定第八條或者第十四條，未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)、未經(jīng)豁免、未取得危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸許可或者未按照危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸許可內(nèi)容運(yùn)輸危險(xiǎn)品的； (2) In violation of Article 8 or 14 of this Regulation, the dangerous goods were transported without having the approval, without getting the exemption, without obtaining the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit or without following the contents of the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit; |
