The dangerous goods training programmes of the operator, cargo sales agent and ground handling agent shall also include the usage requirements of the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual or the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual of the operator acted for. 第九十九條 Article 99 本規(guī)定第九十六條（一）規(guī)定的企業(yè)或者組織制定的危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)大綱，在實(shí)施前應(yīng)當(dāng)報(bào)民航地區(qū)管理局備案。 The dangerous goods training programmes established by the enterprise or organizations stipulated in item (1) of Article 96 of this Regulation shall be reported to CAAC Regional Administration for putting on the record before implementation.本規(guī)定第九十六條（二）、（四）、（五）項(xiàng)規(guī)定的企業(yè)或者組織制定的危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)大綱，在實(shí)施前應(yīng)當(dāng)報(bào)民航地區(qū)管理局批準(zhǔn)。 The dangerous goods training programmes established by the enterprises or organizations stipulated in items (2), (4), (5) of Article 96 of this Regulation shall be submitted to CAAC Regional Administration for approval before implementation. 本規(guī)定第九十六條（三）規(guī)定的企業(yè)或者組織制定的培訓(xùn)大綱，在實(shí)施前應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)玫剿淼慕?jīng)營(yíng)人的認(rèn)可。 The dangerous goods training programmes established by the enterprises or organizations stipulated in item (3) of Article 96 of this Regulation shall be authorized by the operator acted for before implementation. 第一百條 Article 100 危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)大綱應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)修訂和更新，并依據(jù)本規(guī)定九十九條規(guī)定報(bào)送備案、批準(zhǔn)或者得到經(jīng)營(yíng)人認(rèn)可。 The dangerous goods training programmes shall be revised and updated in time, and shall be reported for putting on the record, approval or authorization by the operator in accordance with the provisions of Article 99 of this Regulation. 第三節(jié)培訓(xùn)課程 Section 3 Training Courses 第一百〇一條 Article 101 制定和持有危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)大綱的企業(yè)或者組織應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)其培訓(xùn)大綱設(shè)置培訓(xùn)課程。 The enterprise or organization establishing and maintaining the dangerous goods training programmes shall set up the training courses in accordance with its training programmes.培訓(xùn)課程應(yīng)當(dāng)包括： |
