第八十一條 Article 81 地面服務(wù)代理人應(yīng)當(dāng)報所在地民航地區(qū)管理局備案。 The ground handling agent shall be submitted to CAAC Regional Administration of the seat for placing on the record.自收到備案申請之日起二十日內(nèi)，民航地區(qū)管理局應(yīng)當(dāng)將地面服務(wù)代理人予以備案，并對外公布。 CAAC Regional Administration shall place the ground handling agent on the record and make the external announcement within 20 days from the day when the application for placing on the record is received. 第八十二條 Article 82 地面服務(wù)代理人代表經(jīng)營人從事危險品航空運輸活動的，適用本規(guī)定有關(guān)經(jīng)營人責(zé)任的規(guī)定。 The provisions of this Regulation concerning the operator’s responsibilities are applicable to the ground handling agent to engage in the activity of the transport of dangerous goods by air on behalf of the operator. 第八章危險品航空運輸信息 CHAPTER 8 INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRANPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS BY AIR 第八十三條 Article 83 經(jīng)營人在其航空器上載運危險品，應(yīng)當(dāng)在航空器起飛前向機長提供《技術(shù)細(xì)則》規(guī)定的書面信息。 The operator of an aircraft on which dangerous goods are to be carried shall provide the pilot-in-command, before departure of the aircraft, with written information as specified in the Technical Instructions. 第八十四條 Article 84 經(jīng)營人應(yīng)當(dāng)在運行手冊中提供信息，使機組成員能履行其對危險品航空運輸?shù)穆氊?zé)，同時應(yīng)當(dāng)提供在出現(xiàn)涉及危險品的緊急情況時采取的行動指南。 The operator shall provide such information in the Operation Manual as will enable the crew member to carry out its responsibilities with regard to the transport of dangerous goods and shall provide instructions as to the action to be taken in the event of emergencies arising involving dangerous goods. 第八十五條 Article 85 經(jīng)營人應(yīng)當(dāng)確保在旅客購買機票時，向旅客提供關(guān)于禁止航空運輸危險品的信息。 The operator shall ensure that information on the dangerous goods which are forbidden for transport by air is provided to a passenger when the passenger purchases the ticket.通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)提供的信息可以是文字或者圖像形式，但應(yīng)當(dāng)確保只有在旅客表示已經(jīng)理解行李中的危險品限制之后，方可完成購票手續(xù)。 |
