（六）具備正確理解國際民航組織危險品航空運輸有關(guān)規(guī)定的英語水平； (6)Having the English knowledge proficient in correctly understanding the relevant rules for the transport of dangerous goods by air as approved and published by ICAO; （七）民航局規(guī)定的其他條件。 (7)Other conditions stipulated by CAAC. 為本企業(yè)人員提供培訓(xùn)所設(shè)立的危險品培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的教員不適用前款規(guī)定。 The rules in previous section are not applicable to the instructor of the dangerous goods training organization established for providing training to the staff of its own enterprise. 第一百一十二條 Article 112 為本企業(yè)人員提供培訓(xùn)所設(shè)立的危險品培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)，其教員應(yīng)當(dāng)滿足以下條件： The instructor of the dangerous goods training organization established for providing training to the staff of its own enterprise shall meet the following conditions: （一）熟悉民用航空法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章、規(guī)定和政策； (1)Familiarity with the laws, regulations, rules, stipulations and policy on civil aviation; （二）教員是本企業(yè)的雇員； (2)The instructor is the employee of the enterprise; （三）從事民航相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)三年以上； (3)Having engaged in the civil aviation related operational work for over 3 years; （四）通過經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的危險品培訓(xùn)大綱中第六類人員的培訓(xùn)，并考核優(yōu)秀； (4)Passing the training of category 6 staff in the approved dangerous goods training programmes and excellence is achieved in examination; （五）具備相應(yīng)的授課技能并通過評估； (5)Having the relevant and adequate teaching skills and passing the evaluation; （六）民航局規(guī)定的其他條件。 (6)Other conditions provided for by CAAC. 第一百一十三條 Article 113 危險品培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的教員必須且只能在一家培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)注冊，應(yīng)當(dāng)至少在二十四個月內(nèi)進(jìn)行授課或者參加復(fù)訓(xùn)。 The instructor of the dangerous goods training organization must be registered only in one training organization, shall delivery the lectures or attend the recurrent training within at least 24 months. 第一百一十四條 Article 114 |
