（三）貨運銷售代理人； (3)Cargo sales agent; （四）地面服務(wù)代理人； (4)Ground handling agents; （五）從事民航安全檢查工作的企業(yè)。 (5)Enterprise engaging in the civil aviation security check. 危險品培訓機構(gòu)可以代表上述企業(yè)或者組織制定危險品培訓大綱，但在實施前應(yīng)當?shù)玫轿蟹秸J可。 The dangerous goods training organization may establish the dangerous goods training programmes on behalf of the above enterprises or organizations, but such programmes shall be authorized by the principal before implementation. 第九十七條 Article 97 危險品培訓大綱應(yīng)當根據(jù)各類人員的職責制定，每種培訓大綱應(yīng)當包括初始培訓和定期復訓兩個類別，并符合《技術(shù)細則》的要求。 The dangerous goods training programmes shall be established in accordance with the responsibility of various personnel, each kind of training programmes shall include two categories namely initial training and recurrent training and shall meet the requirements of the Technical Instructions. 第九十八條 Article 98 危險品培訓大綱中應(yīng)當至少包括下列內(nèi)容： The dangerous goods training programmes shall include the following contents at least: （一）符合本規(guī)定和《技術(shù)細則》規(guī)定的聲明； (1)Statement of conforming to the provisions of this Regulation and the Technical Instructions; （二）培訓課程設(shè)置及考核要求； (2)Training course offered and requirements for exam; （三）受訓人員的進入條件及培訓后應(yīng)當達到的質(zhì)量要求； (3)Conditions for the trainee to meet and quality requirements shall be attained after the training; （四）將使用的設(shè)施、設(shè)備的清單； (4)Detailed list of the facilities and equipments to be used; （五）教員的資格要求； (5)Qualification requirements for instructor; （六）培訓教材； (6)Teaching materials for training; （七）國家法律法規(guī)的相關(guān)要求。 (7)The relevant requirements specified in national laws and regulations. 經(jīng)營人、貨運銷售代理人及地面服務(wù)代理人的危險品培訓大綱還應(yīng)包括危險品航空運輸手冊或者所代理經(jīng)營人的危險品航空運輸手冊的使用要求。 |
