第一百四十二條從事危險品航空運輸活動的單位和個人違反本規(guī)定，構(gòu)成犯罪的，依法追究刑事責任。 Article 142 Where the unit and individual engaging in the activity of the transport of dangerous by air, in violation of this Regulation, constitutes a crime, the criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. 第十三章 CHAPTER 13 附則 SEPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS 第一百四十三條 Article 143 本規(guī)定中的期限以工作日計算，不含法定節(jié)假日。 The terms in this Regulation is calculated in working days, not including legal holidays. 第一百四十四條香港特別行政區(qū)、澳門特別行政區(qū)和臺灣地區(qū)的航空器經(jīng)營人申請危險品航空運輸許可，參照本規(guī)定有關(guān)外國經(jīng)營人的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。 Article 144 Where the aircraft operator of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region apply for the Dangerous Goods Air Transport Permit, the provisions of this Regulation with regard to the foreign operator shall be referred and implemented. 第一百四十五條 本規(guī)定自 2014 年 3 月 1 日起施行。 Article 145 This Regulation shall go into effect as of March 1, 2014.民航局 2004 年 7 月 12 日發(fā)布的《中國民用航空危險品運輸管理規(guī)定》同時廢止。 Regulations governing the transport of dangerous goods by air promulgated on July 12, 2004 by CAAC are abolished at the same time. |
