The training courses shall include: （一）一般知識(shí)培訓(xùn)：旨在熟悉一般性規(guī)定的培訓(xùn)； (1)General familiarization training, which must be aimed at providing familiarity with the general provisions; （二）專門職責(zé)培訓(xùn)：針對(duì)人員所承擔(dān)的職責(zé)要求提供的詳細(xì)培訓(xùn)； (2)Function-specific training, which must provide detailed training in the requirements applicable to the function for which that person is responsible; （三）安全培訓(xùn)：以危險(xiǎn)品所具有的危險(xiǎn)性、安全操作及應(yīng)急處置程序?yàn)榕嘤?xùn)內(nèi)容的培訓(xùn)。 (3)Safety training, which must cover the hazards presented by dangerous goods, safe handling and emergency response procedures. 第一百〇二條 Article 102 培訓(xùn)課程中應(yīng)當(dāng)列明培訓(xùn)的具體內(nèi)容、計(jì)劃小時(shí)數(shù)和考試的相關(guān)要求。 The specific contents and the planned hours of the training as well as the relevant requirements of the exam shall be listed in details in the training courses. 第一百〇三條 Article 103 培訓(xùn)課程所需的教材、資料應(yīng)當(dāng)符合國家法律、法規(guī)的規(guī)定和現(xiàn)行有效的《技術(shù)細(xì)則》的要求。 The teaching materials and data required by the training courses shall conform to the provisions of the national laws and regulations and meet the requirements of the current and effective Technical Instructions. 第四節(jié)培訓(xùn)要求 Section 4 Training Requirements 第一百〇四條 Article 104 地面服務(wù)代理人按照經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的培訓(xùn)大綱或者貨運(yùn)銷售代理人按照所代理的經(jīng)營人認(rèn)可的培訓(xùn)大綱，由符合本規(guī)定要求的培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)培訓(xùn)合格的人員，可為不同經(jīng)營人代理同一類別人員的工作，但經(jīng)營人應(yīng)當(dāng)確保其符合以下條件： The personnel of the ground handling agent who has been trained by the training organization meeting the requirements of this Regulation in accordance with the approved training programmes and has been qualified after training, or the personnel of the cargo sales agent who has been trained by the training organization meeting the requirements of this Regulation in accordance with the training programmes authorized by the operator acted for and has been qualified after training, may do the job of the personnel of the same category on behalf of the different operator, but the operator shall ensure that the following conditions are met: |
